Ms Panda has been a Broad Certified Music Therapist in the United States since 1999, she graduated with Double Master Degree in Music Education and Music Therapy from Shenandoah Conservatory, Shenandoah University in USA.
She was an instructor for Shenandoah University teaching music and also taught in public schools for more than 12 years in the United States.
Ms Panda is a lecturer at Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) for the Department of Child Education and Community Services. She is also a music therapist at Kau Yan Primary school and kindergarten.
Ms Panda Ngai is the founder of Panda Music Zone (A Music Therapy Centre and Instrumental learning studio in Hong Kong).
